been a while!

It has been such a long time since i have updated!! i am so sorry but i have just been busy with LIFE! Since Christmas, I have started school, Zack and been working more, and we moved into a new apartment. We LOVE IT! its bigger then our old one which is really nice and has everything we want ! We havent really done much but it feels like we are never stopping to take a break!

zack has been so supportive of me and helpful that i have no idea what i would do without him. He works so hard and i am proud that he takes the time to take care of me and he just works so hard to make he happy. I love him for it :)!

As for me i have just been in school and its been really tough. During the first half of my semester i had to go to the elementary school two times a week for two hours. It was really fun. I got to teach second grade and Kindergarten. They are so cute and i love being able to teach them. But today was my last day of it, and i hate to admit that i am happy! Its nice to know you are done with a class because that means you are one step closer to graduating! :) :)

so that has been whats going on with me right now through school . I have been really stressed out lately but i am so glad that i have finally found a friend that i can count on and rely on. Its so nice to be able to come home and if zack is at work just talk to someone else about how i am feeling! so i have been in such a great mood lately and just feel like life is starting to feel like its going on the right track.

So many new things have been happening, and i cant wait for a bunch of new things to happen:)

Christmas!

Ok so it has been a while since we have updated but thats because we have had so much going on! so first off we went to NJ for christmas. It was so nice to be able to see the family and its always hard to go home. So we had tickets to go from dec 19th to Jan 1st. Our flight was cancelled on the 19th because of a huge storm in the east. So after trying so hard to get a new flight( and it seemed like everyone else in the world to) we got a flight out the next day. it wasnt something that we wanted to do but we didnt have a choice. So the 19th we drove down to utah anyways and go a hotel for the next day because it was an early flight. And of course to our suprise(not) the flight again was cancelled!!! so we went to salt lake airport and tried to talk to people at the counter to see when we could get out and they told us we wouldnt be able to get out until the end of the week. So i told them that they just need to get us otu to somewhere. So we got a flight to atlanta the next morning on the 20th and were hoping to get on standby on a flight all day. but after being in the airport ALL day we didnt get a flight so we had to buy another hotel and fly out the next day . It was very stressful especially because it was our one year anniversary. So we tried to make it a little special but it was hard. So the next day we flew out and finally got home. and had to go to another airport for our bags but in the end we made it so it all worked out. We got to do a lot of fun things while we were there. We got to go to NY and see the tree and eat dinner. We also went to the christmas spectacular show at radio city music hall. I have been to it before but it was fun to see zack be able to go and my little sister. Christmas was a lot of fun. We just spent time with the family and it was relaxing!! it was also my birthday during the week and zack got me a new camera . it was so nice of him and i love it!!
So new years we ended up not being able to stay up because we had an early flight. So we get to the airport to come home and for some reason we got kicked off our flight!! from the storm when we went our whole itinerary got messed up. so AGAIN we are sitting in an airport trying to figure out how to get home. We finally made it to salt lake and without our luggage and no one knew where it was. So around 10 we finally find the luggage and start driving home. We are so tired at this point and just want to get home. To make it worse it starts snowing pretty heavy. So we didnt get home until 130 in the morning. (330 NJ time) and we get in bed and went to work yesterday. and today we have spent time cleaning and takinng down our tree.

This christmas has been an adventure but it was all well worth it in the end..


oh and we also got a flat tire before going to work so we had to get a ride to and from work..

but today someone was nice enough to be able to help us because we didnt have the tools. So we have yet to go to the store to get milk or any essential things. But its sunday so tomorrow we will eat . ! hah.

Holiday Season..:)

Ok so i havent been able to post for a few weeks. We have been so busy that everytime i try to come on here i end up having to do something else! Christmas is right around the corner and we couldnt be more excited. We love christmas!! Last year we were on our honeymoon in Vegas during christmas and it just didnt feel the same. But lets start with the holiday that comes before it.... THANKSGIVING. Alright so first off we went to boise last week for thanksgiving. We had such a great time. It was nice ( and always is nice ) to be able to see family and relax. We have been working so hard lately and it was a nice break to be able to go for almost a whole week. I was able to cook a lot and learn a little bit more about cooking with zacks mom. It was nice to be able to just talk to her and have zack away! haha Im just kidding i love him to death and want to be with him all the time. But i know he had a lot of fun being able to spend some time with his dad alone working on cars the whole week. We were able to cook thanksgiving and watch a ton of movies which was really nice. We also brought our cat KIMBO. It was funny because him and bear (zacks dog) at first were a little apprehensive of each other at first. They would chase each other and didnt look like they were ever going to get along. But after a few days they warmed up to each other and i think that they became best friends. But it was a very very long week. It was a lot of fun though. Here are some pics from the weekend.



Ok so now for what else has been going on. We were thinking about staying in Rexburg for Christmas because of time off from work and going to NJ was just a little to expensive for us. We have been looking at ticket prices and it just didnt look like we would be able to afford plane tickets. So while we were in Boise one morning i looked at my email and i found this itinerary. I thought at first that i accidently booked a flight to NJ and was almost in tears because i didnt know how to afford it. Then i looked and saw our names on it and found that my parents had bought us the tickets!!! it was such a great suprise and i have been soo excited for the past week to be able to go home in just 15 days!! i really miss home and get really homesick sometimes. So i think this will be nice. And i actually will be able to turn 21 while im home which means i get to spend my birthday and christmas. AND NEW YEARS at home. So we fly out the 19th to the 1st. Its a long time but i am very happy i get to go home!

So we have set up our christmas tree and lights and are trying to get into the christmas spirit right now. We still dont know what we are going to do with our cart while we are gone but we will figure it out. And now we dont know what we are going to do with our car either while in SLC. We fly out of SLC on the 19th and just cant afford to leave it at the airport.

ok so we have be very busy with life !!!

we took our kitten to the vet yesterday to see about getting declawed. We plan on taking her to boise for thanksgiving. So we want to make sure that she doesnt ruin any furniture!! well we took her to the vet and found out she is a boy!!!!

So after calling her chloe for so long we had to think of a new name. Zack thought of the name Kimbo. But the problem is that we cant seem to call HIM That. we are always saying she or chloe and then we are like noo.. we have to call HIM KIMBO. so this is tough. Oh well thats what we get for not taking him when we first got him.

Ok so thats so far what has been going on. Zack is a lot better and is not sick anymore which is good because it was so hard to watch him be in pain and not feeling well for a few days. I went to a friends house the other day so she could do my makeup for her porfolio. She sells mary kay, and the whole time she is trying to get me to sell it! I think it sounds a lot of fun in a way, but i am afraid of losing money because of the college town that we live in. So i have thought about it but probably wont do it.

We really cant wait for Thankgiving break. We only took of a few days but those few days will be nice because we havent got to go anywhere for a few months.

DADDYS PRINCESSES

ok so its been a while since i have last updated. We have been really busy with work and zacks going to school so there has not much else that has been going on. Zack is really sick today. So we took him to the doctor today just to make sure everything is ok. So he has been relaxing all day. I went to work for all of 10 mins and then a girl said she wanted to work. So i was able to come home and be able to be with zack. We got a new kitten! she is adorable. We got her about a week ago because we wanted some entertainment in our house. Zack named her chloe. she is so fun and its nice to have someone else around the house!!!! So it just passed our 10 months. I can not believe that in two months we will have been married for a year!!!!!!!!! i just cant imagine that. it seems so unbelievable because it went so fast. Now i know that everything else is life will go fast and im not looking forward to it. But im happy that we are married and have gone through this great journey together. Yesterday we also went with another couple in our complex to one of the haunted houses. It was really fun and nice to get out.

Birthday fun!

Today was zacks birthday! I wish that it could of been the best birthday ever. But sometimes dont you feel that the day that should be the best, never goes the way you plan?? This morning Zack had to get up for school, so i got up with him to make him breakfast. Usually he just makes it himself because its early and i dont eat breakfast. But since it was his birthday, i got up to make him breakfast:). Then I drove him to school and i just ran some errands and went to the doctor. After his class, he had to take a test, on his birthday! dont these teachers know that its a friday, and its zacks birthday?! Well he studied for it, and just didnt do as well as he hoped so he just started off not having a great day. Anyways, after his test we came home and we just hung around and zack did some homework while i took a nap! We were hoping to go to idaho falls to dinner but i didnt wake up early enough. So we went to wingers for his birthday, and of course we needed to get the dessert there. Which was good for me becuase i got to eat most of it! He didnt want them to sing so they didnt lol. And he also got some fun stuff for his birthday like temple clothes from his mom, and madden from mine! so he has fun new stuff! i cant wait until my birthday so i can get cool stuff to. So for the rest of the night we are just going to watch a movie and hang with each other because we love spending all the time we can with each other, especially on birthdays! I also decided to dye my hair dark for the first time ever!! everyone else does it because of the winter, so i wanted to be a part of it. Here is a picture. Tell me what you think. So we made this huge plan to move to utah, and even made some arrangements to go. And now, WE ARE NOT GOING. we are kinda sad not to be able to go. But we feel that school is so important that we dont want to maybe miss out, and be in school longer then we would like. So we are going to stay here. So now everyone needs to come visit us here! So Zack has been doing very well in school the past two weeks. He does so well working and going to school . I am so proud of him. He is such a great husband! We have been trying a ton new recipes also. So far they are going pretty well. If there turns to be any worthy ones i will post them so you can try them to! We also are looking to start a hobby together. Something outside maybe? the only problem is that its not warm all year round haha. Also on wed, there is a chance of snow.. ALREADY.... SEPT? Yeah it just reminded me of why i hate rexburg weather. Its alright i guess. a 3rd times a charm right? Also we have been writing derek every week. He is doing so well and wants to keep learning spanish as much as he can. If only we knew now that one day we would actually get along and love each other? right?! We are trying to make plans for thanksgiving and christmas already, but you can never start to early can you. Zacks birthday is also next week. He is really excited. But he is not excited to be 23. I think he still wants to be young!
On Saturday we went to our friends wedding reception . It was absolutley beautiful. They looked so happy, and it just made us remember why we got married in the first place. !
